PRICES and VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
Prices are given excluding VAT, do not include shipping, taxes or custom charges in your country.
- Companies outside of Hungary but WITHIN the European Union (EU) with a valid VAT ID number are exempt from taxation. Remember to specify a valid VAT number when checking out your order and you won"t be charged with VAT.
- If the customer purchases from a country WITHIN the EU and WITHOUT a valid VAT number the customer has to pay Hungarian VAT. (The Hungarian VAT is 25%). The customer will not have to pay extra VAT in his home country.
- If the customer purchases form a country OUTSIDE the EU, the customer will NOT pay Hungarian VAT. When the goods arrive to the home country the customer will be charged the national VAT instead via customs and excise.

Paypal / Credit Card
We support credit card payment through PayPal.™ It is very easy to use PayPal - no registration is needed and all major credit cards are accepted.
Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)
You have the option to pay your order by wire transfer. Orders prepaid by wire transfer will be shipped as soon as the payment is received. Please note that wire transfers can take a few days. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment within 10 business days. Please transfer the amount invoiced to the following account, including your receipt. (You can find that in your order confirmation e-mail.)
SHIPPING
Orders will be delivered after we receive payment. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
The shipping cost is calculated dynamically and is based on the total weight/size of the products in the order together with destination country. You can see the shipping cost when checking out your order. Please register to login and specify a valid shipping information (at least country). Note that nothing is sent to us until the "Submit Order" button is clicked.
Orders for standard delivery are shipped by DPD postal service.
You can check the status (i.e. the products actual place) of your ordered product online.

It is possible to get the ordered product(s) in our store at 24-32 Cziraki street 1163 Budapest during weekdays between 9:30 to 17:00. In that case, please wait for the confirmation e-mail, assuring you that the product is in stock, in a receivable condition.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Before ordering, please verify if the product is available.
"In Stock": Products that are currently in stock typically ship out the same day, for orders received by 3 p.m.
"Available for Order": We are currently accepting pre-orders for the item listed. We will send you email when the item ships. You will not be charged until the item is shipped. In the event that a pre-order product is not the only item on your order, the in-stock item(s) will ship separately.
WARRANTY
All items sold are subject to European Community warranty regulations. In general, this warranty means the product is guaranteed to operate, as specified by its datasheet, and in the operating environment for which it was intended, for the life of the product or the extent of the warranty. The warranty period will vary by specific product, as identified in product specifications, in your user documentation, on the product package. In the event any of these warranty periods differ, the longest specified warranty period will apply.
Our warranty liability is regulated by the Civil Code and the Government decree 117/1991. (IX.10.)
In the webshop, we sell only new products with warranty. An exception from these are the products with specials discounts, where we indicate the special conditions of warranties in the descriptions of the products.
RETURN POLICY AND CANCELED ORDERS
You may cancel any order before shipping. We will refund by your original payment method.
Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items may be returned to us for refund, provided we are informed within 8 working days of delivery of the order. Products must be returned in resaleable condition. For products to be in a resaleable condition they must be returned to us unused and unopened, with all items included in the original sale - manuals, cables, etc. We cannot refund the original shipping costs for unwanted items. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (max. 20% of the item value) for unwanted items - which must be returned in their original condition.
Items that are defaced or physically damaged, opened and used cases, opened software, items that become non-functional due to inappropriate use, items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that cannot be verified as our products, retail boxed items returned without the original retail box, manual, driver or cables.
Please do not return anything without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. For RMA number please contact our customer service.
ORDER PROCESS
You can order only after you have registered. During the registration, you need to fill out the registration form. Before or after the registration, place the desired product in the cart. Optionally, you can change the content of the shopping cart and the number of products. Make sure to press UPDATE every time you modify something! To finish you order, press the button CASHIER!
1. SHIPPING ADDRESS: It is naturally possible to write a different shipping and billing address as well, so you can send a gift from our store.
2. SELECTING THE WAY OF SHIPPING.

- You can get it personally in our shop
- You can choose our fast mail order service
3.SELECTING THE BILLING ADDRESS: This might differ from the delivery address.
4. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Choose from the following options:
- Cash payment upon receipt of goods in our shop
- PayPal
- Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION: Finally, verify the settings of your order on the summary page, if you want to change something, you can do it after returning to the previous pages. You can finish your order by pressing the ORDER CONFIRMATION button which we will immediately confirm in an automatic e-mail.
DATE OF THE ORDER
The date of the order of a product is the date when you send your order request through the webshop to the dealer. Your order becomes valid when your order is confirmed via e-mail or phone. This, apart from public holidays will be done in 4 hours.
